Wow what a ride we are on. I've never seen anything like this. We have hit the Mother Load.And while I'm very, very thankful for this enormous growth, things are completely out of control in the 2x2referrals@gmail.com e-mail account. I really---REALLY need your help in getting this under control in that e-mail account, so that I can continue to manage it on my own. I know this is going to be long. Sorry, but I must cover these things to cut down on the e-mails. So please take the time to read it.
It’s very important to remember it’s only going to be like this until we get the automated system. Then everything will be much simpler, faster and automated. So please work with us.
But first I want to say something publicly to Clay. On behalf of myself and many of the other members. I know that with just what I'm doing, I'm running on about 4 hrs of sleep per night, and just like Clay, forgetting to eat, working 15 to 17 hrs a day and I haven't left the house for 2 weeks, exceptchurch on Sun mornings. However, the work I'm doing is nothing compared to the pressure, workload and responsibility Clay has on him. Please keep in mind, Clay is a very successful marketer, he doesn't have to have this opportunity. He doesn’t have to depend on it for an income, like many of the rest of us. He isn't in as desperate a situation as some of the rest of our members. The thing I want everybody to understand is that when he found out how much time and work he was going to have to put into this, to be able to manage this kind of volume, and to do it all manually for the next 3 weeks; he could have just said well, this is too much work and I'm just going to put this on the back burner until the automated system is up and running. I know I speak for many of the members when I say; I want to thank you Clay, for your system as well as the time, money and effort you have invested in all of our business. For the most part, the members are very appreciative. I think that most of us have the altitude that we would rather be cycling and moving along at a slower pace, then for you to just throw your hands in the air and say, everybody will just have to wait till the beginning of November, when we can use the automated system.So for this, I want to give you a heartfelt thanks for all your effort and time you are putting in to help build all of our business for us.
Now to get on with the problem with requesting the referrals. There are times where my e-mail account is literally scrolling with e-mails coming in every few seconds. It actually is moving in a scrolling fashion. If I take a break, even for a short time, I may come back to 185 e-mails, with at least 100 of them or more completely unnecessary. I think the biggest reason for this is that we have been too busy to take time out to write the necessary updates, so you guys can have a better understanding of what is going on, and how this works.
The problem is, I'm going to have to keep sending some of this same update out over and over, for the next 3 weeks. Understand that the 200 people that will join tomorrow won't get this. So if you get this again, please make sure that there are no new news or updates added at the top of it before deleting it.
Listed below are some things you need to understand, and questions I get probably 85 to 100 times a day.
Please don't e-mail me asking these things.
How much longer will it take for me to get my referrals? I probably get 65 or more of these per day. It takes a ton of time to answer each one. So here is the answer. I have a spreadsheet that I am keeping track of who has ordered, and who has paid. I then e-mail it to Clay; I have no idea howfar down the list he has gotten. We don’t even have time to communicate with one another very much. I had no idea how long my own family would have to wait when they first ordered. I'm sorry I won't be able to answer that question anymore. Please don’t e-mail me asking this question. The answer will always be...I have no way of knowing.
Receipts. Sorry I would have to send out hundreds per day, it's just humanly impossible to do it. I have an auto responder set up. When you send me an e-mail you will get one back automatically that says this in the subject line.TVI-GAT- Has received your e-mail Please Follow These Instructions. If you get that e-mail, please be sure to check your Spam folder too, then I got your e-mail.
Your Matrix. I'm not looking at your matrix. I don't have a view of it. I'm only looking at a spreadsheet. I have no idea what’s going on in your matrix.
I can't watch your matrix and e-mail you when you get your referrals. You will have to keep an eye on yourMatrix yourself. I haven't even had time to go log in to see my own Matrix, or my family's to see if we have cycled, for several days now.
Foreign languages. I know we have many members from other countries, and this is great! We are very glad to have them. But I'm sorry, I only speak English. I can't respond to you in other languages.
Format for ordering. I don't want to ask Clay to take time out to change, or add this to the member’s area, he is too busy.But with the volume of e-mails I’m getting, I need to be able to open one up, and be able to extract the info I need in about 10 seconds. I can't take time to read a long letter. Many are huge long letters. This is what I need to see when I open up a request. (Please see the part in red). When I get requests in like this, I can process them very quickly.
1. Name of Member receiving paid signup2. ID of member that is receiving paid signups3. How many paid signups you want (no more then 2 per person $20.00 each)4. How do you intend to pay
Please look at the example below for the format. Below is all I should have to read when I open up a request.

No body can place an order for referrals until they get their activation email. It's in that e-mail, and not before, that you will get your real ID #. No other Id # that you see is the real members ID #. I have tons of orders with people using the incorrect ID #.I can't put you on any waiting list for your referrals until you get yours. Please don't order until you get the correct ID #. I should be getting 2 e-mails from each member. Not 6 or 8. First, one with your request for the referrals in the format you see above. When you send that, you will get an auto responder telling you how to get the payment instructions. The second e-mail I should be getting is the receipt for payment. We now have close to 1,700 or more, members and it's growing faster every day. You can imagine if I'm getting 6 to 8 e-mails from most of them. Asking me questions that I can't answer.
Refunds. Please don’t order your referrals unless you know that you are going to need them. As mentioned in the member’s area, there are no refunds.
This has become a major problemNo body can buy more then 2 paid signups. No exceptions. However. If you have already done this before you knew thatYou must follow these instructions.
More then 2 referralsIf you end up getting any referrals after you buy your 2, you will have to sell them to those people under you who are planning on buying referrals anyway, for $20 each.Please, Please try not to do this. It’s a mess, very confusing, not to mention time consuming to correct. However, If you purchase 2 referrals, and then you sponsor someone, put them under someone in your down line. If there is a miscommunication and it happens, that they sign up on your ID, you must do 2 things. First, contact that person under you, and have them send you $20 for one of the referrals you purchased. Next, email me and tell me to take one of the referrals off of your order and add the new person's name and ID, and put the referral under them. So one is delivered to you and one to that person under you.Your Link. Nobody can get more then 2 people on each position. Your link you get when you sign up will only be used to sign up 2 people. After that you never use that link again for signing up people. You advertise livingdreams.biz and make sure they put you down in the referred by field. Not only will you get paid for the referral, but, they will be placed in your down line.
Incomplete information. I get many e-mails like this. 2 for bob 825. I need a first and last name as shown above in the red font. I have no way of looking up names and ID # . I also have people asking me to put them under who ever gets put under them. I need you to send me names, first and last, and ID’s I can’t look this info up.
Alertpay- or Paypal? A big problem is getting receipts that have been copied and pasted, which is fine, but they cut off weather its Alert pay or Pay pal. I must have this info.
Swapping Funds. I can’t do this. I have no access toClay’s Papal or Alert pay accounts.
Funding Alert pay. This is not necessary, as long as you have a visa. I’ve never funded mine. You can go add that visa in there and use it right away. The amount will come right off of the visa if you have a 0 balance in your AP account. The visa can even be your checking bank card, as long as it says visa. Also, you can buy certain loadable visa cards and use them. Most banks carry them. They must have your name and address attached to it though, in order to use it in your Alert pay. There are some visa gift cards that can’t be used, because you don’t have to put down you name and address when you buy it.
