Oct 11 ADMIN Update

Hi everyone,

Wow. This thing is really taking off fast. I need you all to
understand a few things so please read this update and help
me spread the word to everyone else coming in.

In case you didn't know this, the system we have right now
is all Manual! Manual activations, placements, referral
purchases, everything. It was set up like this for a good
reason. Our goal is to make sure everyone gets their 2
direct referrals and no more than 2. We also want to make
sure everyone goes into TVI Express in the order they sign
up with our team. For the most part, we can help make that
happen but there will always be people cycling ahead of
their sponsor. Fortunately we can see when that happens and
whoever is on that weak side can try to pool their efforts
and catch up by the 2nd cycle which is what feeds us into
TVI Express. Re-entries follow your sponsor too, so that is
sometimes helping the sponsor to catch up quickly.

What goes on behind the scenes... what you just do not see,
is a lot of monotonous checking this and checking that,
updating spreadsheets (3 of them) and my flow chart of the
entire matrix, and making sure referrals are delivered. It's
NOT a real fun job but it has to be done like this for now.

I've been working 16-18 hours a day for 2 weeks straight.
I have only left my house twice. I forget to eat and sleep.
I'm NOT complaining. I'm just trying to make you understand
what's going on so you don't think it's just people ignoring
you or being lazy. Not on your life!

You may not know this either. I never even got a chance to
announce a prelaunch, much less a launch date. We are still
in that pre-prelaunch phase. People started getting the
word out so I felt I'd better tell my list about it too
before they heard it from someone else and then got mad at
me for not telling them when it was my system. The rest is
history. We now have 100's of people signing up every day.

I went to bed at 6:30am this morning. Slept till noon, then
got back to work at 12:30pm today. I had 114 payments in
the queue. I have since activated about 85 positions and
guess how many new payments are in there right now? 115!
This is Sunday and they are coming in fast anyway. But this
is just the beginning. The SOW group just started today.
Two other good marketers just started today. It's still a
manual system.

The good news is, as soon as I saw what was happening I
got on the phone with a programmer and hired him that day.
He will be automating this entire system and adding tons of
nice tools and features. The sign up process, placement,
referral purchasing and delivery, all that will be
completely automated. When? Probably the last week of this
month or first week of November. It's a big project and
very customized.


I'm asking... begging you to be patient. The bottleneck is
in the activations. We are clearing the waiting list of
people to sign up daily now so nobody has to wait to get a
link and instructions to sign up for very long. I can do
140-200 activations a day. This is one task that nobody but
me can do. Right now the waiting time is about one day. It
gets a lot longer when people start sending 60-100 emails
in to me or to the helpdesk asking why they haven't been
activated yet or why their referrals haven't been delivered
yet. Those emails are the reason for much of the delays.

Sorry for the novel. I'm always long-winded. Please help me
help you. Ask your downline to come to you with questions
about how this system works or the time it takes for this
or that. Keep the workload off of me and things will speed
up. Let me spend most of my time just activating people.

I'm going to take a break for a couple of hours and then
I'll be back at it again. My normal thing lately is to work
4 hours, break for 30 minutes to an hour, then work another
4 hours. Into the wee hours of the night (morning). Nobody
wants that automation more than I do!

In 3 weeks or so, this system will bring in 3000+ people a
day, easy! And you know what? We will have about that many
people coming in by then. You are the early birds. Don't
ever forget that.
