TVI-GAT (Global Assist Team) Update

All is good !! More then Good. We are exploding !
Hi my name is Vicky. Clay asked me to send you an update so he wouldn't have to take time out from activating people's links and distributing referrals to write an update.
We understand everybody is very excited and very anxious to get going.And with good reason. You are now apart of what is about to be the fastest growing TVI-Global Assist Team on the planet. TVI Express isn't going to know what hit them.
However, nobody could have anticipated this type of response right out of the box.We have had an unbelievable response with members signing up from probably 30different countries.Which is wonderful! However, after the very first day Clay realizedthat he was going to have to have an automated system customized just for our program.It would be humanly impossible to do it all manually at the rate of sign upsthat we are presently experiencing.
Clay got on it right away and spent much of yesterday with the programmer.Our newsystem is going to be out of this world. In fact the programmer told Clay, when he was done with the system, Clay would actually be bored, because there would be very little for him to do.
One of the biggest problems is reading and responding to e-mails and phone calls. They are just simply taking too much of his time. Then people wonder why they aren't activated yet, or why their referral hasn't been distributed yet.
Please understand. He has to place everybody manually to make sure that your down line isn'tcycling before you. It is for our own good that he is taking the time to be careful with each placement.If he can do 100 per day, without all of the e-mails and phone calls, he'd be able to do 200 per day.
There have been times when he and I each are getting about 60 e-mails per hour.And that doesn't include what is going to the gals that are working very hard at the help desk.So please e-mail Clay, only if you have an extreme emergency, or have a large group that youare bringing into the program.
Another problem that is causing a slow down, is people signing up who aren't ready to pay yet.Please advise all of your people not to do this. If someone signs up and fails to pay within24 hrs, Clay will have to delete them, and they will have to go in and sign up again.

My job is to take orders for the referrals. Please e-mail me for instructions to order your referrals at2x2referrals@gmail.com Then send me your paid receipt, according to the instructions I will send you.No paid receipts or referrals requests are to go to Clay. Please send them to me. We are trying to divide up the duties as much as possible, so Clay can simply concentrate on activating links, and distributing the referrals.
Realize that you have the chance of a lifetime here.This opportunity has the ability to build true generational wealth for all of us.And if it takes 2 or 3 days, or even a week longer then you first thought it wouldto get thing rolling, in the long run, you won't even remember it.All is good, everything is solid, just humanly impossible to move any faster.

Believe me there are plenty of referrals to fill all of the orders. Not having enough peoplein NOT the problem. It just takes some time to distribute them properly.You will get yours, and you will get activated!! Yesterday was an exceptionallyslow day for activations and placement of referrals due to him having to spend the better part of the day with the programmer.
Now according to the programmer, it's isn't going to take 2 months, as one might think,to get the new system in place. In fact, he said he will be finished with it by the end of the month,only 3 weeks away. It will simply automate everything. It will have an awesome graphics display.
Well here, let me insert a bit from Clay about what he says pertaining to the new system.
My programmer started today. He says by the end of this month everything will be automated, including a front end affiliate system with integrated autoresponder so everyone has their own list, traffic/sales reporting, customizable splash page, automated placement and entry into TVI Express, automated referral purchasing (which also automatically credits the referrer with $15 to their account balance) and placement, multi-level matrix view that you can move around in to see your entire downline as a graphical view, integrated ad co-op system to make it easier and cheaper for everyone to advertise their splash page, and a lot more.
Until the end of this month it will still be a manual process and we have to work with what we've got. But after that, the system will easily support 3000 or more a day signing up and placing them.
