I need your help. And this could really help you too.

I've noticed as I'm placing people that there are some weak
legs. That's from people getting in and then not doing
anything at all. Not sponsoring anyone and not buying any
referrals. The system works but it's not magic! You can't
just join and sit there.

What I did was look up several of the people at the bottom
of some of the weak legs to see if they are on my Referral
Purchasers list. Some are but too many of them waited a
week before they bought some referrals. Up to 7 days is
actually ok as that gives people time to try and sponsor
people on their own. But over 7 days is too long.

What I want you all to do, and you know if you need to do
this or not, is login to your members area and view your
matrix. If you have already cycled once you don't need to
do this. Look at your first level and if you have 2 direct
referrals there see if they have anyone under them yet, on
your 2nd level. If they don't you probably already have a
good idea of how long they have been sitting there. Contact
those people (click on their name on the Stats page) and
ask them what they are doing, if anything. Tell them it's
been a while and if they don't do one of 3 things very
soon, we are going to have to sell their position to
someone else.

The 3 things they can do are:

1) Sponsor 2 people
2) Purchase 2 referrals
3) Sponsor 1 and Purchase 1

If after 48 hours they still haven't done anything, that's
when I need you to report it to me. Please don't contact me
until you have communicated with those people.

Some of these people I see have ID's in the 100's or 200's.
They have been sitting there for a long time and they are
stalling YOUR matrix and cycling.

The new software will have what I call a Matrix Anti-Stall
feature that will work like I just described. When someone
joins they have 7 days to take action. That means doing one
of those 3 things above. At the 7 day point an automated
email is generated to that person and to their sponsor and
their sponsor and their sponsor, 3 levels up. That's a
warning email giving them 48 hours to take action. If they
don't their upline has the first right of refusal to buy
that position and replace that person. If that happens the
person who did not take action is literally replaced with
someone who will take action and their $37 will be refunded.

This is for YOUR protection. Nobody should join our team if
they cannot either sponsor 2 people or purchase 2 referrals.

You need those people to do something so you have your 2
and their 2 and so on following you into TVI Express.

Again, this update is a call to action. Please do not reply
to this email. Only report to me when you have communicated
with one or both people under you and you gave them 48
hours to do something and you know they didn't or you need
to check and see if they did purchase referrals. This WILL
increase my workload and Vicky's but it needs to be done.

Also, I may as well say this now. About purchasing
referrals. You all know the rules. Actually there aren't a
lot of rules in this system but one big one is, any one
person may only purchase up to 2 referrals. We've had a lot
of people send payments for 4, 6, and even 10 or more
referrals. I'm not going to deliver more than 2 referrals
to anyone. In fact, I'm going to have Vicky add a note in
her instructions that tells people if you send more than
$40 and you have not communicated with us as to why that
might be justified (like helping someone who had no
AlertPay funds maybe) we are going to consider anything
over $40 as a donation!

If you have purchased more than 2, you already know who
you are. We simply cannot take on anymore tasks, like doing
dozens of refunds a day. The way you get that money back
is to go to the people under you who want to buy referrals
anyway, and have them send you the $20. Then you contact
Vicky and ask her to add that person's ID for 1 of your
referrals to be delivered to.

With the automated system, it will automatically credit
your account $18.50. Kind of like a refund but you lose
the payment processor fees.

This process also applies for people who sponsor 2 and buy
2 referrals. When I get to you on the list because I'm
ready to deliver your referrals and I see you already have
2 referrals I just bypass you and move down the list. You
cannot buy referrals when you know you can sponsor your 2.
We need to supply referrals for all the people who have
nobody to sponsor. People with no list and no marketing
skills. Again, if this is the case with you, you now know
how to get your money back. Go to the people under you and
have them send you the $20. Then add their ID to the list
by contacting Vicky. You will already be on the list to
deliver 1 or 2 referrals to your ID. If you have 2 already
then the update you send Vicky will need to be very
specific. For example: Please do not deliver my 2 referrals
to my ID XXXX. Instead, deliver 1 to ID XXXX and 1 to ID
XXXX. Very simple really.

Vicky's going to want to kill me when she reads this!
Please make this as easy on her as you can. Spell it out
in one email. It's not going to be that easy on me either.
We'll have to update that list several times a day.

P.S. Folks, I know these updates lately are very long.
We need you to understand how important it is that you not
only read the entire update but understand it and follow
the instructions to a T. Then, and this is just as
important, send these updates out to your new team members
right after they get signed up. They need to know too.
We are bringing in 300 people a day. Paid members I mean.
Not just people signing up who are interested. That number
is much, much higher. It's increasing every day. A week
or so from now that could easily be 1000 people a day. We
are relying on YOU to help us get this in front of those
people.
