We are very excited to announce the transfer of TVI Global Assist Team to a brand new fully automated software system!

Once logged in, please visit your personal profile by clicking on "My Profile" on the left menu to update your contact information and other required fields.

NOTE: Your username with this new system must always remain an active email address! This is important. If you change your username to something that is not an email address, you won't receive any communication from the company nor your prospects.

NOTE: Your "Referrer ID" is the piece of text that goes on the end of your new affiliate link which is currently:

(Hint: The part after ?aff= is your Referrer ID)

If you change the Referrer ID, it will change your link once you log out and then log back in. Please initially set this to something a little less "cryptic" ... perhaps your first name and last name initial in all lower case with no spaces. This will be your new affiliate link!

We have configured the new system so that your old affiliate links will remain functional so long as you leave your Referrer ID like it is now, so if you have marketing campaigns running now, not to worry, you will receive credit for all prospects who visit the program using your old links so long as you don't change your Referrer ID.

CURRENT SYSTEM TRANSFER STATUS:

We have been working for a couple of weeks to develop a very solid core engine to run this already very successful company. The very largest immediate benefit is that the signup process is now fully automated and functions in real time verifying payments during signup ... no more paying and then sending emails! No more manual entry of applications!

The core engine and members' back offices are live now and we will be changing over to the new website (looks exactly the same), support center and other new features to the live environment over the next 60 minutes. Please bear with us during this transition period as websites can be a little "fickle" when being updated in a live environment. If you happen across a page that gives you an error or does not display correctly, please just give it a few minutes and try again. We expect to have the old system gone and the new one in place in the next 1 hour.

Also, your new back office is a "bare bones" system at the moment. We will be adding all kinds of important information like who your assigned TVI sponsor is, who your 2 TVI Referrals are, the ability to purchase referrals in real time, etc... over the next 24-48 hours.

Please feel free to explore your new back office, but do not be alarmed if it seems like pertinent information is missing ... because it currently is. Building the core database and bringing the new automated system online has been a major project and taken some time, but starting today, "beefing up" your back office and it's functionality is priority #1 and is not expected to take long.

Again, please bear with us over the next 24-48 hours as we bring these tools online for you. It would be very helpful if members could avoid sending in tickets to point out what is missing from your back office at this time. Give us 2 days and we are sure you will be very pleasantly surprised at what we have built for all of us.
