Just wanted to keep you all in the loop here. Obviously it's not done yet but we are still working on it. We've been going all night and will keep going until it's done.
As I said before we hoped to keep on schedule but that would depend on whether or not we ran into any glitches. We haven't really run into software glitches but we intentionally ran about 47 different scenarios that created the need for more rule sets in the software. On top of that the old system has very little data available to us and the new system has tons of data that will give you many more options and features. That means we have to populate that data to make it work.
In laymens terms, if I can even do that, moving the data over created several more hours of work than we originally planned on. Just know that we are still working and will not stop until it's done and all the backlog of pending members have been activated.
We anticipate this transition to be completed today. It has to be. So we can get some sleep!

GOING LIVE SOMETIME TODAY
Very short update...
Tomorrow sometime the site will go down for no more than a couple of hours while we put the new automated system online and enter the backlog of pending/paid members into the
matrix and activate everyone at one time, in chronological order.
I can't say exactly what time it will be, but there will be a notification page presented to anyone who hits the site during that time. The livingdreams.biz splash page site will
still allow people to sign in during that brief downtime and we will follow up with those people afterwards.
When the site comes back up everyone will be in and active and anyone new coming in will experience a fully automated real-time system. Your members area will look much different
and you will know why this took us a month to complete. In fact, most of you will think it's so impressive you'll be asking yourself how is it possible that we did all this in
just one month?
A lot more will follow during the next few weeks. I will make the announcements so you can see our growth and my commitment level to this and to you.
Note: The member ID's will look different for new members but all existing member ID's will remain the same. That way any links out there in advertising will still work and
assign you as the sponsor. The new system generates your initial password and member ID for you. Once you login you can change either or both. Your member ID is actually
called a referrer ID and you can edit that to be anything you want. But a word of caution... changing that ID will change your affiliate link so do that before you do any
marketing. If you have ads out there that have not run their course yet, wait until you know they have before you change that ID. The password of course can be changed the

Things are getting very exciting. We are growing like crazy and we are getting closer and closer to the automated system. We want to thank you all for the patience and understanding that you have shown. Believe me, nobody wants the automation any more then Clay, and I want it. He has worked unbelievable hours and gone with very little sleep for over a month now, and we are now nearing the straight stretch. So we are as excited as you all are. Soon, it will pay off BIG TIME and it will be well worth the wait. Very Soon you will be so blown away by what is happening, that you won't even remember your frustration of waiting on activation or on referrals.
If you knew all of the exciting things happening behind the scenes, you wouldn't be able to sleep at night. And there certainly wouldn't be any fussing about having to wait. Please understand we are still in a prelaunch, yes we may be moving along slower then you would like, but soon that will all change. We have many huge, I mean really huge teams, waiting for the automation to begin, so they can start advertising to their lists. And also, many really heavy hitters just waiting for the automation, to begin their advertising.
Please understand, that if you get in, and pay your $37.00. even if you didn't cycle, or even get activated, as far as that goes, until the automation was in place, you would still have a huge advantage because you would be saving your place in the matrix. The stampede that is getting ready to take place will cause us to begin cycling and push us right up the TVI boards. We have already begun taking our people onto the TVI boards.
Some new information that I need to pass along.
If you are buying more then one position, you don't sign up all 3 under your upline. You would structure it like this.

This would not only triple your income in the 2x2, but it would also give you 3 positions in TVI, and triple your pay outs there as well. You would be making $30,000 each cycle, as opposed to $10,000 each cycle.
If you have already signed up using a different structure , sorry, we can't move anybody, no exception, we literally can't. Even the programmer can't, without messing up the entire matrix. You will still own 3 positions, but it just requires you to have to sponsor 2 more people, as opposed to doing it this way.
Some are having family sign up, and then writing, me and saying,can you put them under me. Please understand, the only way to get someone under you, is to give them your link, with your real ID # , not your temporary ID at the end of it, and have them sign up on it.
Everybody will have to have their own AlertPay account in order to get their commissions. Even if you did sign up people that didn't have theirs ready yet, if they don't go in and update their information, and put their AlertPay information in there, they won't be able to get paid their commissions.
I tell everybody I can, to get a free g-mail account if you don't want to worry about getting your activation e-mail, as well as the pdates. All Welcome and Activation e-mails are sent out automatically by the system. The welcome e-mail is sent out instantly. It isn't our fault if your ISP blocks it, or you have your security set up on your spam ox that won't allow it to come in. So please don't write us nasty -mails, being angry at us, because you didn't get your activation e-mail. I've seen tons of them not come through, because they didn't spell the e-mail correctly. If you didn't get your welcome letter, when you first sign up, then most likely you won't get your activation e-mail. In some cases your ISP will allow the welcome letter to come in, but block the activation letter.That is why I say, it is best to have your people use a G-mail account. Plese pass this word along and
this update on to your team.
Now, If it has been more then 5 days since you signed up, and you still don't' have an activation e-mail with your ID, follow these instructions in order please.

I'll look to see if you have been activated yet, and if so, I'll give you your ID #. If not, I can't tell you when it will be. Clay is working closely with the programmer right now and there may be a delay during this transition. The programmer has told Clay the last 5 to 7 days, he may need him on the phone as much as 10 hrs a day, so that of course, will slow down activations considerably.
Clay was getting activations done in 2 to 3 days clear up until Monday of this week, now it has slowed down, due to him spending many hours working with the programmer on the final stages of the automation. But don't panic, you are still saving your place in the matrix ahead of the stamped that's about to hit. You need to get anybody you care about in this thing, before it really explodes, so they will benefit from that growth.

We can't tell you how long it's going to take to get activated. We have no way of knowing about how long it will take to get your referrals. Sorry, but we will have to delete these questions. We are too busy to keep saying over and over we have no way of knowing. I have my own Son, right now, waiting to have a new referral to get
activated, and I can't even tell him how long it will take. Clay is doing all that is humanly possible to do.
I'm going to add this update to the previous update, even though it will make this very long. Because many of our newer members have never read the information below.
A few other new updates.
1.) When you cycle you will see a new matrix in your back office, with your name and a new Id # in it. That is your free reentry. Do not try to purchase referrals for that matrix. It will fill up automatically.
2.) Please try to help the new people to understand that this manual process is only going to be for a little while longer, and that we are working as fast as we can. It will soon be automated and things will fly then.
3.) E-mails being sent to Clay haven't slowed down, in fact they have picked up. He can't handle 600 + e-mails per day and still have time to do activations, and deliver referrals. All the e-mails have really slowed things down !!
Here are some of the issues Clay is dealing with that is slowing
down the entire process.
4.) People are signing up with no sponsor ID. Members are paying 4 or 5 days after they signed up, and then they are not in the system anymore.The system will purge you if you don't pay within 24 hrs. So don't sign up, if you don't have your

5.) If you want someone to be under you, you have to give them your link to sign up on. We have people putting family members in then wanting them to moved over under them NO BODY CAN BE MOVED AFTER THEY ARE ACTIVATED. Sorry. even the programmer can't move anybody after activation, without messing up the entire matrix.
Instructions on how to buy referrals is in the members area. You will be able to log into the members area when you get activated. You can't order referrals until you are activated anyway.
We are 3 to 5 days behind on activations. Clay says I know that sucks, but there's nothing more I can do until the software is in place. Believe me if there was anything we could do to help him we would. It is a one person job.
Just so you will know. I have quite a few people that have tried to get around the rule of each person, not each position, being allowed to only buy 2 referrals. They are ordering and paying for 2 more referrals in their wives names, but using their own Id. It's not a situation where their wife actually has her own position, and
her own Id #, that is fine. They are just putting her name on the order. In other words they have 3 positions, and have their own name on all 3 positions. They know they are only allowed to buy 2 referrals, but are trying to buy more, using their Id but their wife's name. This won't work, if fact it will delay you getting your referrals. We will be contacting you eventually. But since we don't have the
time to deal with those right now, they have been put on the back burner until we get caught up. So if you have done this, it would be to your benefit to send us another name and Id of someone in your downline to place your extra referrals under. Have them pay you back for those referrals.
Below is the Update I sent out a several days ago. Due to the hundreds of new members signing up daily, I find it necessary to resend it again. Please help us out, by passing this on to any new people you get into your down line.
I really need to stress that these things MUST be included in your request for referrals. I'm constantly getting the following.
* ID's with no name.
* Name with no ID's.
* Copying Receipts with out telling me if they are
AlertPay or PayPal
* People buying more then 2 referrals.
* Paying for referrals without telling me the Name and Id of
who you are paying for. I get receipts that says things like "Here it is".but no name or Id on the receipt. I can't tell who to credit it to.
Please send me the proper information. I simply don't have time to e-mail everybody asking them for the correct information.

TVI-GAT: Going Into TVI Express
We have a LOT of people who have cycled once or twice
and even some who have cycled 3 times already.
If you have cycled twice you should know who you are. I need
you to login to your members area and look at your total
earnings. Many of you are sitting at $240 or $260. That means
one or both of your direct referrals have not cycled the 2nd
time yet. If that's the case I want you to contact those
people and see if they know who under them needs to cycle to
make them cycle that 2nd time. Then do whatever it takes to
help them make that happen as soon as possible.
I will tell you that in most cases it hasn't happened yet
because it's not being built evenly. Everyone should try
to keep things building 2 by 2. Not 1 on the left, then
another one on the left, then another one on the left, etc.
That only makes it take a LOT longer for people to cycle.
If someone down there only needs one more to cycle, and
even if they paid for referrals but that one hasn't been
delivered yet, help them find that one person and put them
there.
Let's make this happen during the next couple of days.
Let me also mention the strategy we should all be using.
You may not understand the complicated nature of how the
boards split in TVI but that's ok. Take my word for it that
what my upline told me is how it works and we need to play
the game right to cycle off the Express board for that $10k
with as little people following us in as possible.
It makes a big difference if you have your 2 referrals sign up in TVI under you within 48 hours of you going in.
Every time the board splits the software places people on the
new board according to how many referrals they have (0, 1
or 2) and how quickly those with 2 got their 2. Take me
for example. I joined and got my 2nd and 3rd positions
under first one right away. When the bottom row filled up
the Traveler board split. I jumped up 2 rows instead of 1
row. I passed up 2 people who were on that bottom row with
me at first because they either didn't have their 2 yet or
it took them a lot longer to get their 2 than it did me.
So, if you have 3 positions in our 2x2 system, even if your
first position has $280 in earnings, you want to wait until
your 2nd and 3rd positions both have $280 so you can get
all 3 back to back in TVI. If you have 1 position in our
2x2 you want to make sure your 2 referrals are going to be
able to follow you in as soon as possible. Hopefully within
48 hours. If they have $280 you know they can. If they have
$280 but one or both of their referrals has $240 then it
might take those people 5 more days to be ready. I would
then just wait 2 or 3 days to get you in so the people
following you and them are coming in about every 2 days.
Obviously there will be some people who just don't want to
wait and some who take longer before they are ready. It's
somewhat under your control though and I am just offering
what I think is good advice.

Time for Another Update 10-23
Since we have had hundreds of people join us since the last update, it's time for another one. I don't send these updates out often enough and some is repeated for a very good reason. READ it all anyway. It may look long but it only takes a few minutes to read.
Manual System: In case your sponsor did not tell you, our system is currently all a manual process. We have not launched yet and never got a chance to even announce a prelaunch date before the word started getting out and we had 100's of people a day signing up within the first week.
As soon as I saw what was happening I hired a very good programmer to create a totally automated system with lots of bells and whistles. That automation should be in place by the first week in November. Until then we are stuck with what we have. Activations: I currently have a little over 500 pending payments in the queue. That number is increasing every day. I can do 100-160 activations a day but we have more than that signing up every day. That means I will never get caught up before the new software is in place. BUT, that does not mean people should stop signing up. You and they are locking in good positioning and linked to your sponsor. Any backlog there is when the new software is ready will all be activated and placed at one time. That day is getting nearer and nobody wants that more than I do.
The waiting time to be activated is 3 to 5 days. Please DO NOT send emails to me or the helpdesk asking why you have not been activated. Your sponsor should have told you about this and we are relying on you to tell everyone you bring in as well.

If I wanted to I could just let them all pile up and wait for the new software to be ready but I want to keep doing as much as I can every day.
Buying Referrals: If you want to buy referrals you need to wait until you are activated. Then login to your members area and click on Referral Purchasing on the left to get instructions. Again, please do not send us a bunch of emails asking about buying referrals. The process is in place. You just need to be patient and do things in the right order. Nobody can buy more than 2 referrals per person. That's not per position. You can sign up friends or family but not just to fill holes with names so you can buy more referrals. Each person should have their own AlertPay account and each one needs to pay for their own referrals. Nobody should be sending more than $40 out of one account without clearing that with us first. We know some people will want to collect funds from people and pay for their referrals while they wait on those people to open and verify an AlertPay account but this is not the norm. If you buy more than 2 referrals we cannot take on another task of doing daily refunds. You will get your refund by going to the people under you (like the first 2 referrals delivered) and asking them if they are planning on buying referrals. If they are you have them send you the $20 and you contact Vicky and change the delivery ID for that referral. The automated system will just credit you $18.50 in this type of situation, which means you're losing the payment processing fees.
Referral Delivery: There is NO set time frame for delivery of your referrals. just know that they will be delivered. You need to know where those referrals come from. It's always from YOUR upline and their advertising or their lists. That's why we need as many people advertising this as possible and there is plenty of incentive to do so. Any referrals you get will definitely go into your downline. That will be what pushes you through TVI Express for that $10k. You also get a $15 sponsoring bonus for each referral delivered to your downline under someone who paid for referrals. I always place them under someone who bought referrals first. If there are no people like that then they are delivered to the first open hole. So make sure your downline knows if they want to cycle sooner and they can not get their own 2 they need to buy 2 as soon as possible. That $15 really adds up quick. That can be more than enough to cover very good quality advertising and still put some decent money in your pocket.
Advertise the splash page site (livingdreams.biz) and instruct people in your ads to put your name in the Referred By box. If you have a long last name like I do, tell them what I do. Enter it as Clay M., your first name and last initial. They are more likely to enter your name if they don't have to type in very much.
I'm still getting way too many emails and half of them or more are completely unnecessary. Asking me questions that you shoudl be going to the helpdesk for or not asking at all because they are answered in our updates or your sponsor knows that answer. That will get your email deleted without a response and then you're going to be mad, thinking we are ignoring you. That's the last thing I want to do is make you angry. But you have got to understand there is no more time left in my day and there are literally hundreds of new people every day depending on me to get to their activations.
To top this off, with the delays and all, I have to tell you this will get worse before it gets better. The last week before we put the new software online will involve a lot of tweaking and testing. My programmer says that can mean up to 10 hours a day on the phone with him. That means a lot less time I will have that last week to activate people. I'm just trying to be honest so you all know what to expect.
When the new system is in place we will all forget about how slow this was! It will be able to handle 3000+ people a day easily. We will have multiple splash pages we can use, very high quality video's in place, a full features back office area with sales and tracking, contact manager, full matrix view that you can move around in, transaction reporting, and a lot more. Placements of referrals will be completely automated with a set of rules in place that will do on the fly what I've been doing manually all this time.
Tomorrow afternoon I will be recording a closed session interview with questions and answers that are derived from the past 2 weeks of the most common questions or issues submitted to me, the helpdesk, Vicky, and other support personnel. I will include a link to that audio recording in the registration emails that go out and also send out an update for all of you to get that link. You will want to listen to that recording at your earliest convenience. It will answer 95% of your questions.
This system is going to help 1000's of people during the next several months. Don't forget that. The slowness and waiting now will all seem worth it in a few weeks.
Please get this information out to all your new people. It's hard to keep people updated by myself when we have 300 new people every day coming in.

Thereis another program out there called Juugo that is similar to TVI and people promoting it are playing dirty pool. They know TVI is a better opportunity and that creates too much competition for them so they are trying to make people think TVI is a scam. That makes those people bad and dishonest in my book. I would never want to work with anyone who uses tactics like that.

TVI Rumors- UnTrue
You know, I really hate negativity. I don't even like having
negative anything in my updates but this time I think I need
to nip this in the bud before it gets any worse.
There are always a few bad apples out there trying to ruin it
for everyone else. Lately it has come to my attention that a
couple of people have posted negative comments about TVI
Express on a blog site or in a forum. Too many people are
taking that for fact when it's just one person's opinion and
NOT based on facts at all.
Troy Dooley, whoever that is, posted on his blog site that
he added TVI to his scam list. If you come across that blog
post, and I won't give you the link because it's stupid,
go ahead and read it and then count how many times the guy
misspells words or uses poor grammar. C'mon, how many
people do you know that can misspell the word 'is' even by
accident?
Everything Troy says is pure opinion and speculation. He
even says several times, "I could be missing something." He
never joined TVI Express and never talked to anyone at the
company.
There's another bogus post on a site called
ripoffreport.com. That site, just like scam.com, is NOT an
official scam reporting agency. Both are nothing more than
an open public forum where anyone can post anything they
want to about anything and it's all just their personal
opinion. The only post about TVI there is a negative one,
again by someone who never joined, from some guy in Arizona.
He doesn't even show his full name. What kind of review is
that?
Frederick Mann, someone I have known personally for many
years now, just sent out an update to his list saying he
decided not to join our team 2x2 because of Troy's blog
post. I have to say I am extremely disappointed in Frederick
right now. This just isn't like him at all. He has always
been one to do his own due diligence, like I do. He's not
doing much for his reputation with his last update. And
when he gets wind of my update here he's probably going to
contact me. He should have done that first.
Here are some facts for you. Facts are always better than
personal opinions or bogus non-participating reviews.
1) TVI has been severely lacking on the support side for
about a month. This WILL improve.
2) TVI has experienced massive growth that no company could
have ever foreseen or been prepared for. Just like with our
TVI-GAT system, they saw what was coming and started the
process of improving their system. New servers, new offices,
streamlined booking system coming, etc. All things intended
to handle huge loads.
3) Pulling out the $10k as cash takes longer right now than
it ever did. That does not mean they don't pay. I know
people in TVI who have been paid that $10k as cash more
than once. The delay right now has to do with their new
bank and they are still setting all that up. It's to be
expected.
4) Are we then in the evoucher selling business? Well who
cares if we are? I look at it this way. Every time I cycle
for that $10k I will cash mine in for vouchers and sell
all 40 for $275-280 each. I will have all 40 sold in 12
hours or less. That's 10% interest in 12 hours. Isn't that
a good thing? That means every cycle pays me over $11,000.
Don't let other people's rumors destroy a good thing for
you or anyone else. It's just ridiculous. One guy in my
upline just cycled Friday. He got his $10k and cashed it in
and sold all 40 vouchers right away. We can't even make a
waiting list because those vouchers are spoken for before
we get them. Another guy a couple of levels higher in my
upline cycled week before last for the 4th or 5th time. Was
he paid? Of course. Then another guy one level up from that
has been in TVI since they opened in the US 8 weeks ago.
He has cycled 8 times in 8 weeks. Is he getting paid? Yes!
Does TVI work? You bet it does. Does it take 1000's of
people coming in after you to make you cycle for that $10k?
Not even close. In fact, that's why this system of mine
was designed to give everyone their 2 before we enter TVI.
It takes as little as 64 people coming in after you, if
everyone has their 2, to get you that $10k. At $37 we will

They are just putting her name on the order. In other words they have 3 positions, and have their own name on all 3 positions. They know they are only allowed to buy 2 referrals, but are trying to buy more, using their Id but their wife's name. This won't work, if fact it will delay you getting your referrals. We will be contacting you eventually. But since we don't have the time to deal with those right now, they have been put on the back burner until we get caught up. So if you have done this, it would be to your benefit to send us another name and Id of someone in your downline to place your extra referrals under. Have them pay you back for those referrals.
Below is the Update I sent out a couple days ago. Due to the hundreds of new members signing up daily, I find it necessary to resend it again. Please help us out, by passing this on to any new people you get into your down line.
I really need to stress that these things MUST be included in your request for referrals. I'm constantly getting the following.
* ID's with no name. * Name with no ID's. * Copying Receipts with out telling me if they are AlertPay or PayPal * People buying more then 2 referrals. * Paying for referrals without telling me the Name and Id of who you are paying for. I get receipts that says things like "Here it is".but no name or Id on the receipt. I can't tell who to credit it to.
Please send me the proper information. I simply don't have time to e-mail everybody asking them for the correct information. also want to thank Ian and Mae for offering to help out with the e-mails and the spread sheet. They have been a real godsend. Thanks to others that have offered to help as well.Please see the update from a few day ago below.Vicky
